NEWS: International signs - another to follow?

Hull City manager Leonid Slutsky has snapped up Wolves striker Nouha Dicko for a fee in the region of £3.5m ahead of Championship rivals Queens Park Rangers, who were also linked with the Mali international. Dicko - who scored against City during a 2-3 home defeat to Wolves earlier in the month - have agreed a three year deal with the forward, plus the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months.

Speaking to the club's official website, Dicko stated - 'I am really happy to be here and hopefully it is going to be a good time for the club and for me. It's a move that has been on the cards for a couple of weeks, ever since Wolves played Hull up here. I found out that Hull City were interested in signing me and things started moving from there. I'm glad that everything is sorted now and I'm looking forward to settling down here and getting started.'

Meanwhile, the Tigers are close to securing the services of Australian international Jackson Irvine from Burton Albion. Irvine - another who netted against City when visiting here in the league - is believed to be close to securing a deal believed to be around the £2m mark to join Slutsky's Russian revolution.
