NEWS: One out! One in! One on the way?

Hull City have agreed a fee in the region of £16.5m with add-ons for Sam Clucas from Swansea City - and the midfielder has left the club for a swift return back to the Premier League with the Welsh side. The move was not unexpected, after bids from Burnley and the Swans had arrived over the weekend - and now Clucas begins life at the Liberty Stadium following an improving career with Hull City that saw the midfielder score 9 times in 96 appearances for the Black and Amber cause.

Sam's off to Swansea...

By return, the Tigers have picked up Scottish international defender Stephen Kingsley from Swansea City to give the Tigers' defensive options a much needed boost. The fee remains undisclosed for the 23 year old, who has been on the fringes of the first team squad at Swansea, but the left back joins on a three year deal, with the option to extend the contract by a further year.

Upon arriving, Kingsley told Hull City's official website - 'I'm delighted to get the deal done. It's come around quite quickly but I'm just delighted it's got over the line now and I can't wait to get training in the morning. It's time for me to really kick on now and get plenty of games at a very competitive level like the Championship.'

Finally, City hope to secure the services of Arsenal midfielder Jon Toral. There has been conflicting reports regarding a loan or a permanent deal, but it is thought a £3m deal has been agreed between the clubs and it is hoped the ex-Barcelona star is due to become a Hull City player over the next 24 hours.
