So sorry to hear about Pete Skipper passing away.
A rock at Shultz Youth Club, and a rock at City.
Top man both on and off the field.
Saw him make his debut at the Vetch, an old school mate Paul Haigh shaking hands with him at the start to wish him all the best.
That wonderful header from a corner at Fellows Park to give us promotion.
He will be sadly missed, taken too soon.

He was a great champion for local amateur football, Hull City and human decency.

Characters are missed terribly, and so will this one.

its very sad news indeed. One of our most successful home grown talents. I remember the sadness when he left City to go to Darlington. However, he returned to City and was a rock at the centre of the defence. Another gone far too early.
