Moron-inihou might be presiding over a bit of a shambles, but 6-1 for a win in a two horse race seems generous to me. I won’t bet the Xmas money on it but there might be a few dollars hitting the win button.

Hull City still 5s to get relegated. Good odds considering the possibility of a 10 or 20 point penalty for going in to administration.

Merry Xmas to all my readersWine

I agree the Moan-rinho factor could well play a part in this fixture.

City at fives is a good price for the betters amongst us, especially as a sale looks unlikely and the last of the family silver is sold off by the Allams in January.

I presume Gull is banned, like?

Now then...

Interesting hearing Burnsie say to Nige post match that he doesn't believe a sale is now going to happen (or words to that effect) and Nige didn't make any comment.
Not looking good.
I think you could be right Nash. No sale.
If that happens, then it could mean we will see Bowen and Grosiki sold. Maybe younger promising talent like Batty too. Elphick return to Villa as cunt face(s) will think we've now got enough CB cover so won't want to pay his wages, and will think we've got enough points, momentum and youngsters stepping up to survive this season.
Question is, will our recent revival then be enough to keep us up? I would doubt it. Without Bowen and Grosiki we would offer little to no threat. And there'd be a fair chance that the current clearly excellent spirit will evaporate.
Of course, like Brexit, anything could now happen. But I think this is now a logical possibility. Unless the buyers are playing the Allams at their own game, making them sweat and driving the price down.

This is exactly what I've been hearing.

But, I've been wrong before, like.

No sale lads.

Xmas presents in Jan for the Allams in the form of incoming transfer fees and parachute payments.

City 7/1 for relegation. Got to be a decent bet now.

Yes Nash, Essex Gull is band sine die from all CI betting for his deplorable behaviour in the past. I’ve suggested he try to stake a wager with bet-Al.Qaeda and see how he gets on with those chaps with his non-payment policy.

Moan-rinho handed his arse in Liverpool.

Comes out fighting post-match with "we'll still finish top 6".

I'm sure Man Utd fans are ecstatic with that tonight after he's spent nearly £500m on the team and leaves a World Cup winner on the bench.

All hail the Special One.

That particular 'World Cup winner' is playing like a complete cunt. As is Lukaku.
Along with Matic, when anyone of those three get the ball, it's like you've pressed the 'pause' button on your remote.
The game just stops.

Bookies rarely get it wrong. We should know better.

Aside from a sneaky mistake, hard to see what United have to offer.

City 8/1 on Betfred BTW.

Red hot favourite in the sack race, now come to fruition.

To be fair, Man Utd have regressed so much under Mourinho, it was difficult to see him remain in the job after being dicked in Liverpool.

At least the club are on the right path now, Phelan and Bruce being linked for caretaker jobs.

You couldn't make it up.

Phelan back in the hot seat with Sol's jar as the media and fans' front of house face.

He'd never be out of the game for long with his skills.

Surely, Bruce had to be a better bet than the baby faced assassin?

Did he knock back the offer because he's currently on a 'project'?

Where's Big Sam when you need him?

Fook me, I’m still laughing.

Michael “Mickey” Phelan as assistant boss at Manure. Have they any idea what is ahead of them?

He must be over the moon at the thought of putting in a shift. I can’t wait. And if it wasn’t bad enough for United fans they have Solskjaer as head coach, already a failure at Cardiff by some margin.

It’s madness. I thought Mourinho was bad for them but this is a whole new level. Phelan, fook me.

Whilst on the betting theme, fuckin Smoggies owe me big time. 1/2 to beat the mighty Burton at home so the Xmas turkey money went on it. Wankers.

Betting is a mugs game, eh Gull.

The Norwegian league starts in March, Molde have appointed a temporary manager to fill in until Solksjaer is sent back in May. All very strange. Stranger than that, I thought the return of Phelan was a wind up.

Ps it is not fuckin smoggies, you missed out shitpissfuckbabbacack mutant bastards. I too, dine on the spuds, the sprouts and pigs in blankets.
