I'm going to go out on a limb here. If Atkins survives the week until next Saturday, the sale is going through.

There's no way he would be at the club still. Abysmal manager. I've opened a Fenwick dossier.

We hit the woodwork three times and missed two sitters, the game should have been well over before we scored.
Little that Adkins could do about that!

Yes, and if the goalmouths were bigger and the opposition were not as good, Hull would perhaps be top of the league now - 2 factors out of Atkins' control, so clearly he is not responsible for Hull's form or league position.

Firing Adkins is like selling up your home and moving house because the tap in the bathroom drips.

As if Adkins is the problem at Hull City.

He will be sacked by the new owners, because the job he is doing, as are the players' lack of effort, is abysmal.

There is no chance that the Allans will sack him unless they are remaining at the club and then his dismissal will be essential for the club to remain in the league.

So in a roundabout way, you agree, then.

Just say it, instead of all this fluff you post.

As usual we are arguing two separate points.

1] No, it is not worth sacking Atkins with the club in the current situation.

2] Atkins is not doing a very good job and is unlikely to do one for Hull.

Adkins will defo be losing his job, end of January with all the other staff, when it goes in to administration.

He is not THE problem but he is A problem. Not a very good manager, but the Allams knew this and he was one of a few that Brown-nosed Ehab when unemployed.

I don't blame Adkins at all for taking the job offered to him.

I don't blame Adkins for falling for the Allams lies, either.

But ask yourself, why Adkins is even here at all?

Oh yeah, the Allams.

Because nobody with an ounce of sense would touch the club with a barge pole.
