Deal 'agreed' and due diligence being done... The furthest along an agreement has gone in 2 years, since the Chien Lees, but not as far as the Grieve deal was.

Plenty of time for terms to be altered...

Yes totally. Although logic would indicate that the Allans have to sell by January or will have to start funding the club again from their own pocket, which the accounts state is £90k weekly?
