We've had far worse, but he's not perfect by any stretch.

Duffen or the Allams?

Dare to dream, or .....die as soon as they want?
Trouser a few quid by somewhat dubious means, or trouser a few quid through legitimate accounting practices?
Engage with the support, or alienate, divide and describe your fans as irrelevant?

Whatever the court case was about it would seem to be purely business, nothing personal. Duffen brokering a deal would suggest so.

In the absence of any other interested parties, why not give the bloke another go? Yes, he's not perfect, but to echo KK, who is?

I believe it was for creative accounting hiding some the club's debts, of which he claims he wasn't aware of, allegedly. The Allans originally thought/were told they'd have to inject in around £10 million, that ended up being nearer the 30s. The claim was dropped because Duffen showed that it wasn't him personally who was dealing with that area, although he brokered the sale/transfer so was seen as liable at the time. He clearly couldn't afford to back the difference so was no point continuing legal action.

Lol. Zero formal approaches for club in last two years and now Ehab is claiming there are three at the same time to put pressure on Duffen's consortium to up their offer... Only he could mess this up.

He'll mess it up because they still haven't fooked up every single Hull City fan that ever existed, yet...

It was simple theft. The case was resolved when it was agreed Paul “winky” Duffend agreed to repay the sum of money he took from the club. City were also under severe pressure from the Prem/FA to not bring it to trial as the compelling evidence would have shown how corrupt the game is with agents and transfer fees.

The court froze all of his assets. All of his assets. I have said on here that the ability to do this in a court of law is somewhat limited yet the evidence was such that this was easily granted. The fooker was and is, bang to Rights. If he were tattooed with stripes and a bag with SWAG on his back it would be a true enough representation. There is no doubt and also as I have said, let the bloke sue me if I am anyway shape or form incorrect. He is a common petty thief. Any good or not at PR? Who cares, a crook and caught out.

As for the £10m becoming £30m, that is correct but it only reflected the incompetence of the business at the time, I.e. Duffend didn’t know who owed what, aside from his car allowance and his expenses getting paid.

If City take him back it will be a step sideways. Sure, not as vile as the Allams but it’s the same as having to drink someone else’s vomit or someone’s else’s shit.

The Saudis are a bunch of immoral savages who are only tolerated on the world stage because they have oil and money. The are immoral and most follow a brutal pastiche of a religion, based on hate, savagery, brutality, lacking humanity, compassion, and anything else good and/or worthwhile.

It's time these immoral nasty hateful shits were called out for what they are - subhuman by choice. It's time Britain's and the world's foul disgusting arms industries stopped supplying them with the means to industrialise their murderous regime.

They are not fit persons to be owning and running British football team.

3/4 of the 9/11 bombers were Saudi and there were direct links to Saudi money all along the trail... Yet 'we' went to war on Iraq and Afghanistan, making Saudi Arabia allies...

Most on here were vocal supporters of this. They won't care who the owners are or what their background is.

Most on here supported wars in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Really?

On another note; I hope whoever's buying watched the Assad program, in particular the 'hamburger trick'.

Or perhaps they're from the same slopey shouldered part of the world.

At the time, yes.

As long as they're signing players that other clubs want, most of the football audience remaining nowadays wouldn't care if it was a consortium headed up by Ian Huntley and Josef Fritzl.

Happy with Siemens putting money into Hull though?

2005 Labour got 355 seats from 35.2 % of the vote on a 62.4% turnout. 2015 Tories got 331 seats from 36.9% of the vote on a 661% turnout. Left wing fannies moan the second one is sooooo unfair and we need electoral reform. But didn't utter a peep, about the first one.
