If I missed this one, my apology...

RIP to a Hull lad who gave it a go with all he had.

61 is no age.

MBs like this will have a closer affiliation with people like Steve Pollard, so I hope the CI brethren can show their respect.

Steve was someone I got to know quite well through the boxing circuit. One of the most hardest and mentally toughest person I think I have ever met. He was a true gent and did a great deal of work helping out young kids who really needed it. He’d been ill for a couple of years now,but none the lest, he’ll be very sadly missed by a lot of people. RIP Steve.

This is sad news.

Someone help me out here; was Steve in some way involved with the Humber Pilot pub?

I could be getting mixed up, though.

Now then...

think him or his lad sonny ran it?

my workmate used to shag steves daughter despite steve saying he'd kill him if he touched her

he'd sneak in and out of the window to do the business

I met my missus in gardeners arms with her best mate who used to have no strings attached sex with steve pollard regularly
cant quite remember if they'd previously had a longish term relationship

I imagined some cool looking stud, when I saw him looks wise I realised even back then he was punching above his weight . . . .

If I recall, didn’t Humber Pilot run a couple of lads coaches to away days when there was some terrace dancing?

Ironically, I passed that pub today.

Sure enough, there is a Steve Pollard RIP placard over the sign.

Now then...
