76 brave Tigers made the journey up the M5 to be met at the Victoria Ground by a Stoke contingent mainly disguised as red plastic seats for their annual charity fancy dress day.

Goals from Aaron MacLean and El-Hadji Diouf sealed the 2-0 win for the Potters, as forewarned by this forum, so all 3 readers hopefully filled their boots to mitigate the loss, compounded by Evandro's sending off on the 58th minute.

A fragile goalkeeper, confused defense and no striking threat were worrying signs for Hull's season. Chinese national, Eric Lee-Hi's performance being the only one of any note and effort.

Can't see Atkins staying into 2019 at this rate and no idea who is available on the next rung down. The team is woefully underfunded, under developed, cobbled together and incapable of any sustained run of results and performances. This is, without doubt, a team on the slide. Those missing games against Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Lincoln and Torquay will not be waiting long to get those days back.

Yeah, true that Cheats.

That and sarcasm.

Thankfully, we don't have to go to Stoke any more this season on a charity pilgrimage.

Absolutely sick of Hull City's care in the community missionary work for other clubs.

All the fucking time.

Now then...
