In line to be the next City boo boy at this rate.

I'm prepared to give him the pre-season given the fact he's had a horrendous injury that kept him out for so long, but jeez he needs to improve sharpish.

Our striker are (likely to be) Dicko, Keane and Campbell.

Only Dicko inspires me with a modicum of confidence - and he's not even getting a game.

Good grief.

Now then...

Is Diomande out of contract?

I imagine Adkins will utilise loans for major positions, gambling on success - the career-tanking Akpom back on loan etc. If the club is run by accountants, as though it was in administration ie. no extra investment other than income, then that's all he can do. He'll be told what the salary budget is and have to make do punting on using his contacts to get the right kind of player in. Considering the last few Augusts/Septembers, there is no way of guessing who will be turning out for Hull next season. It's hugely embarrassing from a business perspective considering what the turnover has been and what is the finite result.

I'm assuming that McGregor and Larsson are gone. Hernandez and Dawson away on a free and Grozicki sold off for pennies. Then Bowen out to the highest bidder for around £3 million, likely to be a promotion-chasing Championship club. Irreplaceable for that amount of money. The equivalent of running out of money and selling the doors and windows to your house. You get a bit of money in the short term, but then have to spend it to stay warm. Or something.

This potential situation is what makes me wonder whether out of business “pride”/reputation the Allams might actually act and try to get us back in the PL.

Allowing the club to gradually fade to league 2 serves no one.

Hull's longest serving player as of next season.

Bit of an echo in hear.

Nonetheless, Diomande is a truly awful footballer, if indeed one can even call him a footballer.

He’s shit. Period.

Keane, almost as shit, but has a nice second division footballers haircut and no doubt some tats too.

It’s gone below the line. Big trouble in the coming months

deserves the boos, employed as a goalscorer.
we employ too many people who are supposed to be goalscorers and are anything but.
Diomande still can not believe his luck whilst dicko lives up to the first part of his surname.
