Harsh. Very harsh.
Squad crippled with injuries and shite transfer windows.
Without our 2 first choice strikers.
And he can hardly legislate for players missing sitters.
To my mind, he's doing a damn good job considering all that's stacked against him.

agree with Driff...were not playing to bad at all, could do with a striker returning mind.

I doubt we will see Hernandez in a Hull ?City strip ever again, so we need to buy a bugger.

That might be a problem given the Allams having dropped the anchor and Adkins’ reluctance to venture forward.

How did sir Thomas of Huddlestone play today. Was he at his majestic best, pinging 100 yard passes using his nob end?

Like Giovanni, a talent I thought would never wear the Amber n black in my time.

our latest tactic is ballooning balls into the middle so they go over everyone's head - I assume its a form of timewasting as every time they do it my first thought ' what a waste of fucking time this is'

TBF another 'tactic' is hitting the 1st man. Maybe trying to take them out? Not really tactics. Just not quite good enough consistently .... and nothing new

Bowen's still not starting, therefore nil.

We were good against Derby, we should have won comfortably, if only the entire team hadn’t lost the ability to finish.

4 games , 4 points , the same average as Mr. Slutsky . We were woeful in the first half against Brentford but still managed a win . The other 3 games against teams near the top probably saw us being the better side , however a reward of one point is not good as is nil goals scored ,though we did creat many good chances at Leeds and on Boxing Day . It's similar to Slutsky but with fewer goals scored at both ends . The clean sheet against Derby will have made the coaching team happy and given more confidence to the team . Get a clean sheet and you are halfway to winning , not pretty . We are in a relegation fight at the minute so need to grind out results . Get behind the boys .

Similar points wise to Slutz, but otherwise like day v's night.
I really wanted Slutz to succeed, but the longer it went on, the more lost he seemed.
Totally different under Adkins and Crosby. I believe. However, he needs some long overdue luck in terms of injuries, and also a bit more luck in terms of near misses going in ..... and at least a little support in January from the Allams. If we get through these festive fixtures unscathed and with another couple or more points in the bag, he'll have done pretty well considering what he's currently having to contend with.

I hope Adkins succeeds in keeping us up. It seems he is doing something with probably the poorest squad we have had for some years going on results so far. Personally I think is real hope is that he has leeway to bring in some players and lose some dead wood in the window. Whether the two dick heads owners will allow this is another thing. If not, and if he is told to sell Bowen and the Pole, then I fear for us, I really do.

Not sure there is any luck factor involved Driff.

I only saw highlights but Hectors miss v the Derby Counties was putrid and confirms he is a shitty footballer.

The comical defending v Brizzle, Leeds, penalties given away like presents at Xmas another indication that its ability, not luck, that is the missing ingredient here. Oh, and some proper ownership of course.

Sorry Driff but I'm a firm believer in ' you make your own luck' .

It's a season of 46 games ffs, luck has nowt to do with it.
