compare and contrast
city v Donny 2004 ish? 24k
owner = adored by himself and the fans
manager admired but not worshipped by fans
fans = adored by fans

city v burton 2016 ish?
owner = on the verge of starting a nuclear war
both managers = tipped for tiptoe through the Kempton with your boots on
get your head kicked in so tiptoe through the Kempton with me
(lyrics courtesy of big nige, you know who you are)
fans = no further action despite being arrested for murder

ok so the scorelines were exactly the same and we were in basically the same division but it just goes to show lots of showing things

party = death

yeah go on then

Apart from the facts, you can't really argue with that.

Nobody seriously believes there were over 14,000 there do they? Capacity without the upper west is is about 17.5k(?) minus 2k empty Burton seats minus all the empty seats scattered everywhere else. I'd say 11-12k tops.

Utterly aghast at 12k/14k.

Just what does it take?

Capacity of West Upper is 5,000. Which means capacity with it closed is 20,404. So if the figure given for the crowd was true there will have been about 5,500 empty seats yesterday. Wasn't there so can't judge as you don't get a good all round view watching highlights on TV.

2005 Labour got 355 seats from 35.2 % of the vote on a 62.4% turnout. 2015 Tories got 331 seats from 36.9% of the vote on a 661% turnout. Left wing fannies moan the second one is sooooo unfair and we need electoral reform. But didn't utter a peep,about the first one.

Lambrettaman heard that the actual number scanned into the stadium was 11,344. Only Brentford had a lower attendance.

Yes, saw that. Still, we won't be the lowest when our home games coincide with Burton Albion's.

Top of the table clash on Tuesday night, you won't get a Rizla paper in there.

Tickets going for more multiples than an Adele concert.

Good times are back.

Long live the Hulltigerscity.
