Wages paying enough for people to live on not yet happened. End of part time jobs not yet happened. Increased productivity not yet happened. Brexit still not happened.

Interesting article. Unemployment fell by 65,000 whilst those under 65 not signing on and without a job increased by 77,000. In the past most of those would have been allowed to sign on, if only to claim NI Contributions.
