Could be saved by a golden shower film made in the Moscow Ritz.

Mrs May was chosen to be PM by her party. She went to the country and did not get a majority and bribed the DUP to vote with her for a "magic money tree" busting £1.5 billion to keep her in power. Now she can't be arsed to go to Parliament over the decision that could lead to WWIII. I believe this is how dictatorships begin.

Back in the day, the Soviets were never likely to start a war having experience of war. It was always the USA, whose civilian population never knew war and who ended WWII hugely richer than it had been at its start, who was likely to be the ones to start it. Some things never change,

my second World War?

I thought you had already seen 2, old chap?

2005 Labour got 355 seats from 35.2 % of the vote on a 62.4% turnout. 2015 Tories got 331 seats from 36.9% of the vote on a 661% turnout. Left wing fannies moan the second one is sooooo unfair and we need electoral reform. But didn't utter a peep, about the first one.

So that was how the brutal dictatorships of tbe Workers' Paradises started? Really?

So, having experienced WW1, the commies had a civil war in which millions were killed. Yes, the commies didn't want wars after their citizens experienced them. Whether the Soviet union had gone to war was nothing to do with the civilians, but the dictators in charge. There wouldn't have been any decisions or votes involving civilians. The likes of Brezhnev were in charge. 16 people wrote his biography. They managed to come up with for the 1930s, " Comrade Brezhnev was involved in important Party work in the 1930s in the Ukraine". That was the Ukraine where millions died. The assorted thugs like him and ex KGB murderers in charge weren't bothered about human lives being lost.

I wonder if Putin will take as long to own up?

If there had been the internet then it would have been described as fake news and Corbyn types would have asked for an independent enquiry whilst the Soviets would have investigated and declared they had found themselves innocent.

I think you are, in a way, correct on this matter. I had heard little of these atrocities in comparison to Nazi ones happening during the same period. Only really heard more about them the last few years whilst having Polish people working for me, indirectly.

Read about Katyn decades ago. In William Shirer's classic Rise And Fall Of The Third Reich. There is not a lot between the hatred the Poles have for the Germans and Soviets.

I fail to understand the fear of the Right over evidence. One could imagine there might be a reason.

Is that why Russia vetoes every resolution in the UN for independent enquiries, 8 to date, into their and their alles activities? One could imagine there might be a reason.

Still, one isn't needed for this latest incident. They have investigated this one themselves and found they and their allies were innocent.
