My stupidity is mine. I don't think it's stupidity. At least I don't expect everyone to agree with me, but Talks With Data does, because he is one who knows.

a new world of highly charged identity based politics

Yes, I highly charged well agree with the Left view and identify as such. Next?

I broadly agree with the libertarian left and disagree with the authoritarian left. There's a vast difference.

I think I do know where the power lies in the world and it isn't with people or views I agree with. Antifa may be fascists to you, but if they're squashed I do know how things end up when the Right win the street battles.

I know how things end up when extremists of any hue win the street battles. You couldn't get a cigarette paper between the extreme left and the extreme right.

I'll do it later. I just wanted to ask if you equate Corbyn and Labor and Momentum with Stalin and the CPSU?

Good, at least we're all in the same sector then. My last couple of scores were around (-6, -6).

Some odd questions that could mean different things to different people. Still, a bit of fun.

Yeah, and I'm sure when I do it again I won't necessarily put the same answers, but it'll put me in more or less the same place.

It was a big help to me, finding that site, because it helped explain why there are other people also to the left of centre whose views are almost completely alien to mine. The authoritarian/libertarian divide was a huge help to understanding the differences. Not all the way there yet, but it's coming. The bit on the site where they locate certain leaders and other significant historic figures helped with my problem with Blair.

How did Blair adversely affect your life personally?

ESSEX GULL

Well, for a start he was authoritarian, which I've said I don't like. He was far too right-wing for my liking. Admittedly he kept the Tories out for a decently long amount of time, and he did introduce free entry to museums and did away with betting tax (although his hand was forced on that one). Adversely, his actions boosted the impact of radical Islam on the world, although there might be some truth to an allegation that the Russians helped hoodwink the west by moving WMD in and out of Iraq to confuse the issue (and it's suggested China may be doing the same, but I don't recall why).

Additionally, under Blair, the Inland Revenue introduced something called IR35 and also swallowed some mendacious advice to promote free access for foreign nationals to undercut the work I was doing, destroying the sector. Game over, tilt.

It's the consistency check questions - the slightly weird sounding Ines could be one way or the other....
