Shows just how much waste their is and that people need to start looking inwards into the 'system' rather than external factors.

No one is serious about making it affordable or safe so just bleating for more money will be the stuck record.

Waste? Cuts =/= waste. Cuts are closing beds when there are too few, or employing fewer nurses than needed. Do try to learn English.

Cut waste you don't need as many pen-pushers and non-value-adding-pretend jobs hence costs go down and productivity goes up.

If sister Sally is busy creating reports for her middle managers monthly meeting she can't give care. If patient A is laid in a bed waiting for surgery instead of matching surgery capacity to actual demand costs go up and productivity goes down.

A zero bed hospital with people on trolleys going from one value adding task to the next in short order would be perfect for more than 80% of the conditions being treated in our health care system. Too many beds encourage slack and low productivity for most conditions.

You either have endless stupid ideas or you are piss poor at explaining them.

Which trolley do people recovering from surgery lie on? Or do you say, "Your legs gone, out the door with you"?
